Here is what each phase looks like:

Phase 3: Fixing Gaps & Risk Management

We map legal, financial and operational risks that could reduce value and provide recommendations to address them. We also prepare the data room and the Information Memorandum (IM), and attend leadership meetings where needed.

Phase 4: Transaction & Post-Sale Transition

We support the final sale process, advise on deal structure (whether a full exit or a phased handover), negotiate with buyers, and help plan the post-sale transition so employees and customers are protected.
