Theo has over a decade of experience in corporate finance. Previously at EY and PwC, he led projects across the USA, UK, Europe, and the Middle East for global organisations including Tetra Pak, GSK, and Boeing.
Over the years, he has built a network of more than 8,000 investors providing both equity and debt capital to support business growth.
He is also a keen golfer and wine enthusiast and serves as Director of GolfSpaWine, a private golf travel and wine club.
Xico has over two decades of experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), gained while working as a registered nurse and quality assurance specialist for organisations such as; the NHS, Bupa Dental Care and Surrey County Council.
Her current focus is quality assurance, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed our client requirements.
